REFUND POLICY


R E T U R N S

PLEASE NOTE: CREDIT CARD AT CHECKOUT IS SAME AS A DEBIT CARD FOR UK.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any stained or faulty goods we receive will be returned to the customer or may be issued with a refund with a 25% reduction. You need to return the item within 2 days of contacting us.

* Some hijabs may have loose threading or beadings missing, this is not a faulty item. This is normal and thats how we received from our suppliers.

Please enclose a note with your details of yourself and of the items you wish to return and the reason for returning.

Postage and packaging are not refunded for returns.

Proof of postage with tracking is strongly advised as we do not guarantee will receive your item. Customers must keep track of their returned item to ensure it reaches us. We cannot refund for items we have not received.

We will not refund any items which have been signed for by a customer at the delivery address or for items returned to us which get lost in the post without a tracking number.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs will not be refunded where an item is returned to us because the address provided by the customer is incorrect, not recognised or undeliverable.

R E F U N D S (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Full refund of the cost of the item is entirely conditional based on the goods being returned in the original packaging and re-sellable condition. Refunds will be authorised after a thorough inspection of the returned items.

L A T E  O R  M I S S I N G  R E F U N D S (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

S H I P P I N G

To return your product, please email us for our return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I N T E R N A T I O N A L  S H I P P I N G

Shipping can take up to 20 working/business days from the notification that your item has been posted.

We use International Tracked and Signed Royal Mail. All orders will have a trackable number which you should also use on your local postal service website to track your order.

Mohuma Modesty House is not responsible for any customs or duties charges administered by the recipient country. All customers must pay their own customs/duty charges where requested.

We are unable to pay for shipping costs of returns.
A customs declaration for your order (if applicable) will be completed by us on leaving the UK. It is the customer's responsibility to insure that items purchased meet customs regulations for the country of destination.

It is also the customers responsibility to insure that the address is correct and recognised by the country of delivery. Mohuma Modesty House cannot be responsible for items lost or returned through customs regulations or items returned due to an undeliverable address
